How about a meeting away from the meeting? The masses have spoken, and it is time to hang out, let loose, and get to know the NFB family you belong to. 
This Wednesday, September 22, downtown Austin at The Hickory Street Bar and Grill, 800 N Congress Ave, join us in eating, drinking, and being merry. 

This will be the first of more to come. 
The President will show up around 5:30 pm, and stay for a few hours, let’s see if you guys are there as well.

Texas Braille Em

Join the National Federation of the Blind Austin Chapter for a night of fun
and socialization with members of the NFB Austin. Practice your Braille and
eat light party snacks while in a spirited game of Texas Hold Em. The fee to
play is $20. The event will take place on the evening of June 19, 2010 from
8:00 p.m. to 12:00 A.M. Texas Braille Em will be held at the Austin Chapter
headquarters, 314 E Highland Mall Blvd. Austin, X 78752. RSVP by notifying
Jeanine Lineback or Richie Flores at the local chapter meeting of the NFB of
